Windows are available in two types .Home owners need to understand this concept first.

The first type is called Re-Placement windows, if you have an existing wood frame window in your home you will be able to simply re move the sashes and order a custom window to fit properly into that frame. This is called a re- placement window there are some exceptions but the bottom line is, you will need to have a good existing window frame that will allow water to properly drain away.
